Messy Minded Mama exists because I love writing. I love the blog. I love the quiet reflection. I love the way words let us pause. But I started to feel like there was more space. Space to meet, to talk, to process the hard things out loud instead of alone. Motherhood isn’t just something we think about. It’s something we carry in our bodies, our nervous systems, our relationships. And some conversations are meant to be spoken.
That’s when I met Jenn from Pure Mind Wellness and it was an instant connection. The kind where you realize, “Oh. You think about motherhood the way I do.”
So we created Messy Minded Mama together.
A space for real conversations.
